Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Simply click the contact us button on our website. Let us know the reason for your return request. We will email a pre-paid shipping label to return the item(s) to us at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Length of time is dependent on your banking institution.
Refund will be for merchandise cost only and not for shipping charges (if any). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
We will provide you with a pre-paid label to return your item(s).
