Hassle Free Returns:
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please contact us to receive a label for your return. We will email a pre-paid shipping label to return the item(s) at no cost to you.
Refunds:
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refund will be for merchandise cost only and not for shipping charges (if any). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If some time has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@lilylindesigns.com.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lilylin@cinci.rr.com.
Shipping:
We will provide you with a pre-paid label to return your item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
