Order Policy:
Orders are processed and shipped from Fairfield, Ohio. We offer same day shipping on orders received by 2pm EST, Monday through Saturday, excludes US holidays.
Domestic Orders:
Orders shipping to US addresses including US Territories, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO will ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail Service. Please allow 1-7 business days for processing and transit.
Canadian and International Orders:
Canadian and International orders will ship via First Class International Mail. Please allow 3-14 days for processing and transit.
Bulk Orders:
We offer 15% discount on orders 12 pcs to 23 pcs (mix and match) and 30% discount on bulk orders of 24 pcs and up (mix and match).
Custom Orders:
Orders of customer's design, or modification of our designs:
Resin items: No minimums, pre-payment only. Allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.
All other materials: Minimum 300 pieces per style; 50% deposit upon approval of the sample; 6 weeks delivery from approval date. Contact us for details.

Free shipping is available on Domestic orders (as defined above) of $30 and above
