Order Policy

Order Policy:
Orders are processed and shipped from Fairfield, Ohio. We offer same day shipping on orders received by 2pm EST, Monday through Saturday, excludes US holidays.

Domestic Orders:
Orders shipping to US addresses including US Territories, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO will ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail Service. Please allow 1-7 business days for processing and transit.

Canadian and International Orders:
Canadian and International orders will ship via UPS, Fedex, or DHL. Duties and taxes are included in the rates

Bulk Orders:
We offer 15% discount on orders 12 pcs to 23 pcs (mix and match), 30% discount on bulk orders of 24 pcs to 59pcs (mix and match) and 40% discount on bulk orders over 60 pcs .

Custom Orders:
Handcrafted resin items only: No minimums, pre-payment only. Depending on quantity allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on Domestic orders (as defined above) of $30 and above

International Shipping Charges:

Will be calculated at checkout. Charge includes shipping and duties/taxes

Taxes:
Orders billing and shipping to Ohio addresses will be charged a sales tax.
